What payment methods do you take?

We are currently set up to take all major debit and credit cards.

As a training provider, what can you offer that I cannot get from other training providers?

As a Training provider, we offer many of our courses through an online learning portal, that enables you to engage with others who are studying the same course.

Do I have to complete courses within a specific timescale?

Some courses will have a specific timescale in which the course needs to be completed, please always check the course summary sheet, which is displayed at the beginning of the course.

The FAA courses are all time specific and must be completed within the timeframe. 

I need to cancel my course, can I have a refund?

I need to transfer my course, can I do do this?

Transfers can be given according to the terms and conditions.

We are a non-profit organisation, do you offer special pricing?

Yes, we offer special pricing to qualifying non-profit organisations. Please contact us at hello@prioritisementalhealthandwellbeing.co.uk and let us know which course(s) you are interested in and how many people. 
Companies are able to pay by invoice, please email us with the course(s) you would like to book and the number of people, and somebody will get back to you.
